Situated in the leafy suburb of North Fitzroy, the Old Colonists’ Association of Victoria’s Rushall Park independent living units expand upon the built legacy of the State’s oldest retirement village provider. The buildings are in a ‘back of house’ location on the north eastern boundary of Rushall Park and provide thirty six units in both one and two-bedroom configurations, across three buildings and three storeys. This construction works also included an enclosed service yard, associated landscape and civil works including new car parking areas and roadways.
