Unison Housing Project.
We are so proud that a project we worked on together with Unison Housing a Social housing development in Melbourne’s West has been shortlisted in the UDIA Victoria Awards Affordable Development category.
Together Manresa Constructions and Unison transformed an aged and dilapidated block of 17 small units into a 54 brand new self-contained apartment building which was launched in June. The apartment’s focus is on residents’ well- being and quality of life and includes great natural light and airflow, a friendly large communal area and outdoor garden, high-standard energy efficiency, and accessible facilities.
