1. Value Management

Manresa has a dedicated team consistently working with our Estimating Director Gearóid Browne on fully measuring each and every project. We are able to quickly and accurately provide high level cost plans to ensure project feasibility, before engaging in a process of value management to ensure best outcomes for our clients and the project.

The project-specific measure and trade pricing is constantly benchmarked against our extensive database of building costs. When the project reaches financial close on the construction contract, all parties can be confident that our delivery will be providing industry-best value.

2. Project Management

Over 90 years of evolution has ensured that our systems are tried and tested. Our specialist enterprise management software enables oversight to all parts of our operations from the Managing Director to the Site Foreman. Each of our projects is allocated to a dedicated project manager who becomes the key point of contact for communications with the client and contractor team.

We have documented systems to successfully track:

  • Client communications
  • Authority approvals
  • Programs
  • Financial reporting
  • QSE functions

The key to our QA system is having the experience and expertise to identify key project deliverables, develop relationships with contractors who you trust, and document the inspection and testing to ensure compliance.

We understand that all newly completed works experience teething issues after completion. We have thorough handover documentation, clear lines of communications for issues, and scheduled maintenance programs.
