SENIOR MANAGEMENT.

Antony has over 25 years’ experience within the construction industry. After 8 years working as a Project Manager & Construction Manager at our sister company McCorkell Constructions, he saw a gap in the market for an Institutional approach to multi-residential building. As a result, Antony was a founding partner of Manresa Constructions. As an energetic and determined leader, Antony steers Manresa Constructions, managing the overall business together with a hands-on approach to the Project Delivery side of the business. Antony is a passionate and solutions-based builder at heart. With his pragmatic outlook to buildability, he has developed a market leader approach in this sector, bringing a unique skillset that both our clients and colleagues alike benefit from.

Gearóid joined the McCorkell Brown Group in 2012 in the role of Estimator working for the McCorkell Constructions WA business. Whilst in this role he became a key component to the company establishing it’s roots in the west. With the formation of Manresa Constructions, Gearóid joined as Estimating Manager and in late 2019, he was appointed as a Director of Manresa recognising his extensive capabilities in all aspects of the cost planning, tendering and value management process.

Andrew started in the construction industry working in Estimating and Contract Administration prior to moving into a Site Co-ordination role in 2009. He subsequently went on to become a Site Manager on both education and apartment projects, before cementing his role as a successful Project Manager. Andrew’s project experience includes small and large scale education projects, heritage refurbishments, community facilities, and mixed use residential developments. Andrew was appointed as a Manresa Director at the end of 2022, recognising his success and aptitude for project delivery and team leadership. Andrew now operates as the Construction Director with overall responsibility for all construction related matters.

Howard has over 25 years of solid construction experience. Over the years, he has worked for various major contractors in Melbourne, Darwin and Canada. In 1997, he joined the McCorkell Construction business as a Project Manager under the leadership of Rex McCorkell until Rex’s retirement in 2000. Howard is a Registered Building Practitioner and a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria.

Throughout the 1990s, Damien performed a variety of senior management roles for Baulderstone Hornibrook both in head office and onsite-based major projects in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Canberra. Projects include: Melbourne Citylink ($500m), Australian Geological Survey Organisation Canberra ($100m) and Woodside Headquarters office tower in Perth ($250m). He joined Howard McCorkell in 2001 as Commercial Director and has a deep knowledge in commercial matters that ultimately benefits our clients.
Damien is a Registered Building Practitioner, a member of the Australian Institute of Building and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

As a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years’ experience in finance and accounting, Nick will be overseeing the financial operations across all three of the operating construction entities— Manresa Constructions, McCorkell WA and McCorkell Vic. Brought about by the growth and development of the group, Nick’s appointment marks an exciting time for our continued evolution
